The architectural firm Zoran Bodrozic realized a private house project with a total area of 227 square meters in Vienna, Austria. The residence Haus 33 combines the desire to create a functional space where one can retreat from the rest of the world, feel calm, comfortable, and at the same time free. This balance is achieved through the choice of an ideal location where all the charms of urban life coexist with the peaceful and measured pace of rural or natural surroundings. The residence is built on a small slope and surrounded by dense trees. It consists of three levels, including open spaces and secluded zones. Panoramic windows on the second and third floors offer views of the city, while those on the first floor help unite the interior with the natural environment. The house is equipped with modern technologies that minimize electricity consumption.
