House on the Riverbank in Argentina

Studio Andrés Remy Arquitectos executed the design of a private house in Patagonia, Argentina. The residence Casa Rampa, covering 650 square meters, is nestled among dense vegetation and offers spectacular views of the river. The house consists of three levels and is divided into sections connected through an open central space. The central level of the residence features the living area, offering the best panoramic views of the surroundings. Access to this part is provided via an open ramp connecting the interior with a terrace for relaxation in the backyard. The sleeping block includes two sections: one for parents and another for guests visiting them. The kitchen bedroom is located on the third floor of the building to ensure maximum privacy and seclusion, even when the house is full. Guest rooms are designed on the ground floor.
