When the current homeowners first arrived and saw the panoramic view from the windows, they said: "This is the perfect house." And it's hard to disagree—the atmosphere of Swedish nature and the lake is captivating. The homeowners wanted to keep the interior light, simple, and bright. There's virtually no expensive designer furniture or decor—kitchen, for example, from Ikea, and much of the décor from H&M Home. That said, it hasn't diminished the coziness at all, quite the opposite. It's a delightful place to spend summer, enjoying warm days on the veranda and jogging early in the morning by the lake.
