A family with two young children had long dreamed of spacious and comfortable countryside housing for their growing family. Their new home, located at the foot of a mountain and designed by Carney Logan Burke Studio, combines simple and minimalist forms of modern architecture with the coziness of a mountain lodge. The color palette is quite restrained—neutrals like cream, brown, and gray tones—drawn from the surrounding landscape. But the greatest luxury in this interior is natural light, flooding the rooms through large, often wall-to-wall windows, creating a very comfortable and inspiring living environment!
