House on Cliff in California with Ocean Panoramic View9 photos
Architect Mark Abell together with interior designer Mike Luar developed this house built on a cliff in Laguna Beach, California. Computer software for 3D modeling was used during the design process. In particular, it was used to develop a 3D steel frame with cantilever beams for all three levels.
The house with a 180-degree view of the ocean surface and Catalina Island has an area of 324 square meters, 4 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, media room and glass elevator. A smart home with heating, lighting, security cameras, musical accompaniment, irrigation and blind control is managed via iPad or remotely using a smartphone. The house is currently listed for sale through The Partners Trust.
