Modern townhouses designed in 2014 by the architecture studio Martin Friedrich Architects are located on a Melbourne beach in the suburb of Brighton. Responding to the demands of Melbourne's domestic market for maximizing built-up area and creating small, efficient open spaces, two large three-story townhouses were designed by Martin Friedrich Architects studio that comfortably fit on the site of one demolished old house. The minimalist contemporary design provides a comfortable indoor-outdoor living space with a large, fully glazed open kitchen, dining room and lounge.
