Stylish Residence in Barcelona, Spain

Architectural studio Santiago Parramón, RTA-Office implemented the project of a private house and creative studio YC in Barcelona, Spain. The stylish residence with an area of 290 square meters is presented as several connected blocks, rays radiating from the center. One of them is designed for the hallway and workshop, the second houses the kitchen, the third accommodates the living room, the fourth contains a bedroom, and the fifth is dedicated to a children's room. Courtyards between pavilions feature beautiful trees suitable for peaceful rest in their shade.

The central part of the house has a flat roof, and all the rays extending from it differ in slope angle and height. Each block offers a unique view, making them all distinct from one another. The exterior facade of the house is made of a single material and painted in a natural tone blending with the color of the ground on the site.
