Compact and Stylish: Small Loft Studio in Moscow (26 sq. m)

The area of this loft in one of the new Moscow residential complexes is not larger than some hotel room sizes — only 26 sq. m, but with a few conditions. First of all, the ceiling height is 4.5 m (the apartments are located in the premises of an old factory), which allows designers to create a compact space under the ceiling on the attic level for the bedroom. In addition, this is not the owner's main residence but rather a bachelor's retreat for relaxation and enjoyment.
