First of all, the ceiling height is 4.5 m (the apartments are located in the premises of an old factory), which allows designers to create a compact space under the ceiling on the attic level for the bedroom. In addition, this is not the owner's main residence but rather a bachelor's retreat for relaxation and enjoyment.
