Although these apartments are located in a magnificent neoclassical building from the 19th century in Madrid, previous owners did not pay much attention to preserving the historical features of the property. As a result of numerous renovations and modifications over the years, the apartment lost many of its original architectural characteristics such as moldings, wall cornices, antique fireplaces, arches. However, new owners recognized the potential of this unique space and, with the help of local designers and craftsmen and historical photographs, restored the wonderful atmosphere of those times.
