Depth of White Color in a Penthouse in Israel
Depth of White Color in a Penthouse in Israel
Project bureau Pitsou Kedem Architects decorated the interior of a penthouse in Tel Aviv, Israel. Spacious apartments with an area of 500 square meters are characterized by a narrow long corridor that divides the house into two separate wings. To unite them and create a cohesive space, architects endowed the corridor with a dynamic texture using specially developed for the project three-dimensional geometric forms. Triangular groups also appeared on the "green" wall of the balcony.
The penthouse space is filled with a meditative atmosphere in a monochrome white palette, but thanks to the play of light, shadows, and textures in the interior, a multitude of white shades in deep tones is created.
Lighting fixtures complement the well-thought-out linear concept of the apartment. Long thin strips of light meet ceiling lights that resemble origami and harmonize with three-dimensional walls. Hidden lighting is installed along the walls, emphasizing surfaces and creating a sculptural and dynamic composition.
