Before the designers stood a challenging task: to restore the classical architectural splendor in a house built in 1914 by Catalan architect Alberto Fitz López in the Salamanca district of Madrid. Due to numerous ownership changes and renovations throughout the 20th century, the home began losing elements of its original design. However, through meticulous work, it was possible to restore the classical essence and refined elegance of the interior, making it suitable for family life. Columns and moldings contrast beautifully with contemporary paintings, with the artworks being just as grand and powerful as the rooms themselves. The impressive scale and refined taste!
