When Italian Dainelli Studio began working on the design of this apartment in Milan, they decided to start with preservation and restoration: vintage cement tile, classic oak parquet in the herringbone pattern, cornices, original window and door frames and openings have been present in these spaces for many years, but designers breathed new life into them.
