The Audo: Stylish Creative Space in Former Trading House in Copenhagen
The former trading house in the port area of Nordhavn in Copenhagen has been wonderfully transformed by three designers. The place is named The Audo and combines the functions of a co-working space, café, apartments, and headquarters for an architectural bureau. The interior balances industrial style and modernism. The former emphasizes the industrial past of the district, while the latter reflects contemporary trends in architecture. The balance between warm and cool tones harmoniously integrates into the public space: people come to The Audo for communication and the opportunity to work in a pleasant environment, as well as it's an excellent option for living. The apartments are designed in the same style as the common areas — a restrained yet distinctive interior. Interestingly, this beige-gray color palette perfectly reflects the mood and spirit of Copenhagen, the capital of Denmark that is both strict and creative, unconventional and, of course, incredibly stylish!
