The architectural office Fran Silvestre Arquitectos worked on the design of a penthouse located on the Mediterranean coast in the Costa Blanca region, Spain. The main floor features a single open space that seamlessly connects the kitchen, living room, terrace, and surrounding landscape. On the upper floor, housing the private zone, the master bedroom with a terrace and sea view was designed, along with a large walk-in closet.
