Architect's Apartment in Australia

James Garvan Architecture studio worked on the interior design of the apartment located in the small resort town of Clovelly, Australia. Taking modern minimalism as a basis, the lead architect of the project wanted to redesign his own apartment in a new way, strengthening the connection with the beautiful surrounding landscape. Initially, it was necessary to change the layout of the space, for which load-bearing walls were removed and replaced with steel beams. The interior is decorated in a warm palette using simple and natural materials.
