It might seem that the density of construction in central New York is so high that there's no room for an apple to fall, let alone a new building to arise. But no, it turns out that houses are still being built on Manhattan, sometimes even entire skyscrapers. One Manhattan Square is a new glass residential complex with 72 floors, which the developer has hurried to call a 'vertical village.' Apartments here are offered with ready-made renovation, the design of which can be chosen from several options.
