Modern Apartment with Mosaic in Old House Center of Kyiv (55 sq. m)14 photos

Despite all the advantages that the location in an old pre-revolutionary house offers (high ceilings, many windows, spacious rooms), this apartment in the very center of Kyiv initially implied some challenges. In particular, designers had to adapt to living in a not very convenient layout and properly zone the common space of only 55 sq. m. But the authors of the project successfully met their task, presenting a modern and stylish design with a separate bedroom behind a glass partition, a comfortable living room, and a compact kitchen. And the main highlight was the author's mosaic on one of the walls based on the works of the famous Soviet artist and architect El Lissitzky. A great project!
