Project bureau MKCA has designed the interior of 260 square meter apartments in New York, USA. Architects focused on maximizing the use of already proportional spaces, transforming dark storage and service zones into functional elements, and improving circulation between areas. The choice of furniture, finishes, and unique art and design pieces was a key moment in the perception of the completed residence.

Near the entrance, a bathroom and walk-in closet are planned. In the living room and dining area, small doors replaced sliding partitions made of black metal and glass, opening a generous portal between two spaces. To create a bright kitchen with only one window facing the courtyard, the architect used high-contrast materials. Two bedrooms with bathrooms are designed in the rear part of the apartments.
