Architectural bureau Gus Wüstemann designed a low-rise residential building that demonstrates a high quality of life within a tight budget in Zurich, Switzerland. The building features nine apartments and is located in an old area of linear 1950s construction with gardens. Natural light, privacy, and generous space—beyond common standards—formed the basis of this project.
