Two-Level Apartment in Seoul with 80 Square Meters

Architecture bureau Arcave has designed the interior of an 80 square meter apartment in Seoul, South Korea. The residence with one bedroom is located on the upper floor of a building constructed about 30 years ago and belongs to a successful career woman. One of her requirements was the presence of a two-level green wall as a key design element. Architects installed a screen measuring 2.1x4.5 meters that separates the living room with dining area from the entrance hall and consists of 56 slightly different detachable cells creating a continuous flow. Next to the green wall, a staircase was designed leading to the bedroom and bathroom on the second floor. The apartment also includes a kitchen, wardrobe, toilet, and laundry room.
