Project bureau FABRICations decorated the interior of Casco Loft apartment in Amsterdam, Netherlands. The 200 square meter loft-style space is located in the Superlofts Houthaven residential complex. Its design ensures interaction and flexibility, with bathrooms and bedrooms strategically placed and minimized in size to create visual and physical unity of common areas.

Multi-functional zones meet various user needs, optimizing the cost per square meter. For example, the entry area can be transformed into a workspace or additional sleeping space, while the guest bedroom is hidden within a colored volume and ready for use at night.
