Working on the design of a luxurious penthouse with an area of 520 square meters in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, were architects from Studio Arthur Casas. The bright residence stands out with breathtaking panoramic views of Ipanema Beach. This impressive residence fully meets the client's desires and serves as a place where families can comfortably live through several seasons and host their friends in Rio de Janeiro.

The layout of the penthouse was completely restructured and adapted to the client's requirements. Five bedrooms with bathrooms, a living room, dining area, and a relaxation room are located along the perimeter of the residence. Service zones and the entrance hall are concentrated in the center. The space is characterized by a predominance of minimalist aesthetics, creating a cozy, friendly, and vibrant atmosphere. The choice of furniture favors a blend of styles, with some interior elements designed by Studio Arthur Casas.
