Modern Apartment in Very Old House in Center of Rome

The building in the center of Rome where this modern apartment is located has seen much throughout its history, as it was constructed several centuries ago. However, designers did not fully close or remove the original architectural features of the rooms, but rather emphasized many of them with modern solutions. For example, wooden ceiling beams, parts of brick walls with beautiful historic masonry, and a classic fireplace are now integral elements of the renovated interiors. A great project!
