Two-Level Apartment in Sochi by SL Project
Architect Alexey Nikolashin, representing the bureau SL Project, has completed work on the design of a two-level apartment with a sea view in Sochi. Its area is 180 square meters.
The first floor of the residence features an open space with a sea view, including the living room, dining area, kitchen, and bedroom that flow smoothly into one another. The bedroom can be separated using closing wooden panels created according to the architect's sketches. Absolute sound insulation was applied only to the bathroom and wardrobe. The sleeping area is located on the second floor.
Materials were chosen with a preference for contemporary seamless ceramic granite in gray tones for flooring and wood for wall finishing, while white planes create an interesting contrast with them. Furniture in the apartment is represented by Italian brands, and Anton Konyukhov's paintings fit perfectly into this cozy and warm interior.
