Apartment of American Designer in Iceland (70 sq m)
American designer Brian Peter Flain hates mosquitoes and hot weather — the reason being he was born and raised in Florida, where there were always plenty of both. Therefore, during scorching summer days he always sought to escape to a place with cool breezes. Iceland was first visited by Brian three years ago, and it struck him as absolutely incredible. The most important thing is that in summer in Iceland it's very fresh and not at all hot, and there are almost no insects. 'Perfect!' — the designer thought and bought a small but cozy apartment on the last floor with an area of 70 sq m. Now he spends almost all three months here during summer!
