Eco-loft in New Jersey: the new life of a 19th-century factory

In the 19th century, this building in New Jersey, USA, housed a factory, and all adjacent structures were single-story. However, for the family who recently moved into this home, there wasn't enough space, so they began a large-scale renovation. They added a second floor, replaced all windows, built a terrace and backyard. The result is an amazing collaboration between loft and eco styles. The kitchen-living room area was decorated with wooden beams and industrial mechanisms in memory of its industrial past. Other rooms are made from natural materials, with minimal decor and furniture.
