Two-Level Apartment in Australia with Brick Wall and Bold Furniture
Owners of this apartment in Melbourne, Australia, wanted the interior to be industrial and reflect the character of the building. One of their wishes was a dark kitchen. The first floor area is divided into several zones using finishing and furniture: entrance area, dining room, living room, and kitchen.
Brick wall and bold furniture and decor helped tie the look together. The dark kitchen blended organically into the interior, while black bookshelves on the second floor seemed like its continuation. Vibrant paintings and an abundance of greenery completed the look—industrial interiors often appear rough, but not this one. A perfect balance of style, originality, and comfort!
