Elegance of Dark Tones: Apartment in Stockholm (115 sqm)

The perception of dark tones in interior design differs significantly between our countries and the West. What is nearly taboo for us, is considered quite normal by people there as a way to express the owner's individuality. In this Swedish apartment, the living room walls are almost black, yet they harmonize with classical forms and lines — all of this looks very elegant and, most importantly, striking. On the other hand, bedrooms and other spaces are decorated in a calmer palette, thus allowing the designers to create completely different moods in each room. A great project!
