Apartment in Tower New Construction in Tel Aviv Center

Apartment with an area of 100 square meters, designed by RUST architects studio for a young family couple, is located in a tower new construction in the center of Tel Aviv, Israel.

Customers wanted to preserve a loft feeling in the apartment, so designers proposed a design that combines cozy home materials with textures bearing the imprint of industrial style, such as iron, glass and rough wood.

All interior details were designed by the studio specifically for this project — from carpentry items to elements made of iron.

Several vintage items, such as grandmother's wardrobe doors, used in the new wardrobe were carefully restored, becoming an organic part of the modern apartment.

Various vintage elements coexist harmoniously with items reflecting modern tastes of the owners. The concrete ceiling exposes all lighting systems; the workspace is separated by a glass partition in cast iron frame. Large windows covering entire walls are fitted with light curtains made of natural fabric.
