38 Square Meter Apartment in São Paulo
Architects from Estúdio BRA have renovated a 38 square meter apartment located in a newly built building in São Paulo, Brazil.
The social area furniture is low, creating an open space that can be seen through at any time, allowing the layout to 'breathe' and keeping residents in constant contact with the city view from the seventeenth floor.
The bathroom and wardrobe are enclosed in a green block made of wood and covered with high-strength laminate. Blue panels hide the kitchen cabinets. The floor throughout the apartment, except for the bathroom, is covered with gray ceramic tiles, and a mirrored wall opposite the large balcony visually doubles the space.
