Two-Story Apartment in Beirut30 photos
One of the most interesting architectural features of the Sursock apartment, designed in Beirut, Lebanon, by studio platau, is the graphic linear element that accentuates the separation between the double-height living room and the mezzanine.
Strategically placed elements, such as the wood-clad entrance niche, horizontal wooden shelves, and lighting fixtures, enliven the concrete wall and steel structure, breaking them into more intimate sections without compromising the overall composition.
