Unique Loft with Wooden Beams in Amsterdam
A unique building in Amsterdam, where this remarkable loft is located on the top floor, was built in 1615 as a residence for a nobleman. Today it is a historical monument and one of the defining structures of the city. That is why the Nice Makers studio began the renovation project by carefully studying the architecture of the space and how natural light is distributed within it. The massive ceiling beams were preserved and reinforced, creating an expressive basis for the future design. Excellent living space!
