Cozy 40-square-meter apartment designed in Barcelona, Spain, by studio Egue y Seta — a summer retreat intended for a young couple deeply in love with this legendary seaside city.

The social area, including the living room, dining area, and kitchen, opens on one side to two large balconies and is separated on the other by a kitchen module that divides the sleeping zone.

From the bedroom side, the dividing structure contains a wardrobe hidden behind white sliding doors with a lacquered surface that reflects light coming through the windows. The center of the room features a bed with a decorative pendant lamp and a custom-made headboard that serves simultaneously as a bedside table base and a decorative shelf. Through the bedroom window, one can see the bathroom space, visually making the room appear more spacious.

The ceilings and part of the walls were left exposed by architects, revealing beautiful Catalan vaults and a lovely brickwork. Solid oak parquet and traditional tiles used in the kitchen zone flooring bring local color to the interior.
