Apartment with Eiffel Tower View17 photos
An apartment with a surface area of approximately 350 square meters, located in a classic building in the Trocadéro district in Paris, France, was transformed into a modern studio home by Rodolphe Parente Studio.
The main idea of the project was to propose reasonable interventions while respecting the historical character of the apartment — with its rich moldings, coffered ceilings, and marble fireplaces.
Architects succeeded in creating a warm yet elegant atmosphere, largely due to the careful selection of noble materials. The combination of marble and copper became a unique feature throughout the apartment's interior — from the living room to the bathroom.
The choice of fabrics and rugs is also a result of the demand for quality and comfort. The wall and ceiling paint recalls raw earthenware biscuit. Their sophistication is enhanced by the selection of very light wooden floors made from oak. A buffet made from brushed walnut, a kitchen island with a marble top and copper inlay, and a bed headboard made from natural silk — the harmony of these noble materials creates an unmatched atmosphere of a Parisian apartment.
