Palatial Luxury by SL Project
Alexey Nikolashin and Ekaterina Emelyanova from the architectural bureau SL Project designed the interior of an apartment for a young couple in the House on Mosfilmovskaya. The residence owner travels frequently and enjoys the atmosphere of luxury in five-star hotels in Singapore and Dubai. In his apartment, he wanted to see a combination of expensive stone and wood that highlights calm forms overall.
This interior is full of gloss and high-end finishes, with no walls left unpainted. The stone types selected are extremely rare, such as green Brazilian granite in the guest bathroom and white marble for the kitchen island. They are softened by anegri wood in a golden tone, American walnut, and fabric panels. The furniture in the apartment is no less prestigious: Fendi Casa, Armani/Casa, Versace Home and Minotti.
Space is adorned not only with prestigious design items but also with works of art that give the interior its unique character. For example, the work by Eugeniy Goroхovskiy fits perfectly in the living room area, placed against wooden panels, and the hallway is decorated with a large-format black-and-white abstract by Tony Wiet. The rooms feature niches with glass shelves and lighting for storing collections of books and souvenirs.
