The project of a two-level apartment in the heart of Tel Aviv, Israel, was presented by architect Gali Amit. The residence occupies the 32nd and 33rd floors of one of the residential buildings in the Tel Aviv Towers complex and is notable for its panoramic glass facade with magnificent views of the city.
The residence belongs to a married couple whose children have grown up and left the nest, but the owners enjoy hosting guests at home, so the guest bedroom and spacious living area with a dining room and open-plan kitchen became the main requirements of the clients.
The walls in the living room are partially covered with microcement, horizontally divided by thin brass rods. A strong accent is the staircase made of white steel, which contrasts with a three-meter dark-colored bookshelf and graphite kitchen.
On the second level of the apartments, a private area has been designed, including a bedroom, gym, and bathroom, only partially separated by partitions.
