When Rosa and her family decided to move from the suburbs to Barcelona, all she wanted from her new home was a terrace to have the opportunity to spend more time outdoors.

This attic apartment in one of the central buildings, occupying the top two floors, became the perfect solution — bright and cozy, and, of course, with a spacious terrace where even a small garden was created. Now the family gathers on the terrace for meals, children play, and one can simply relax at the end of the day on a comfortable sofa. Absolutely wonderful!
