Architect Pavel Zhelznov wanted to live only in the center of Moscow, so he could be closer to his parents, therefore he approached the search for an apartment thoughtfully. Architecture, location, and view from the window played a key role in his choice, so Pavel chose the house of staff members of the Bolshoi Theatre on Arbat, which was built in 1954 and has a luxurious facade with rich ornamentation. Inside, unfortunately, nothing spoke about its historical significance, so there was no point in leaving anything as it was. Pavel, on the contrary, tried to create historical architecture in the apartment himself and fill the house with items that theoretically could have been left by previous residents. Very beautiful!
