Apartment with area of 240 sq. meters by Slava Balbek

Spacious P.26 apartment with area of 240 square meters is located in Kyiv, Ukraine. The modern residence was designed by architect Slava Balbek's team. Its main feature is large windows that fill the room with abundant daylight. The interesting layout of the apartment includes a spacious living area with dining and kitchen zones, as well as two bedrooms with bathrooms, between which there are no solid walls. Instead, architects installed glass partitions that do not hinder the flow of light. The residence also includes a separate maid's room.
