Open Loft Space in Serbia
The AV Loft project by the architecture studio Arhitektura Budjevac is located in the city of Nis, Serbia. The current layout, covering 95 square meters, is based on two small apartments. All old walls were demolished, leaving behind concrete beams and one column.
The kitchen appears heavier and more enclosed. All its elements are hidden behind black glossy panels, which create a large monolithic volume.
Brick walls complement the overall loft design. They blend well with concrete elements and clean white finishes. Soft lighting adds depth and texture to them.
