Gentlemen's Apartment in London's Chelsea Neighborhood18 photos
Men don't usually fancy interiors dominated by pastel tones and cozy details; they prefer deep dark colors and meaningful items. However, this doesn't mean a masculine interior can't be stylish. This apartment in London's Chelsea neighborhood is exactly that — bold and masculine.
Although most rooms here are indeed dark, the designer didn't turn the apartment into a cave. Instead, they lightened up the gloomy spaces with a bright hallway, dining room, and bedroom — even featuring flowers in these areas. The rest of the furniture and decor here is raw and rugged: bulldog portraits, a bar, car models, rock 'n' roll symbolism. There's even a black toilet.
And yes, this is the darkest kitchen you've ever seen. A man's home, indeed!
