Penthouse with Three Apartments in Vienna

Roof extension on a house in one of the most attractive districts of Vienna, Austria, designed by FADD Architects studio, created the opportunity to build three apartments of different sizes — 190, 170 and 90 square meters — as well as two terraces with a pool.

White walls and chevron oak parquet, minimalist furniture lines, wood and concrete in the fireplace design also help create the right atmosphere. The terrace with a ti gauge floor, outdoor kitchen and pool add the final touch to the overall design, giving owners the chance to enjoy the best of spring and summer.
