Studio Tavares Duayer Arquitetura renovated an apartment in Jardins, an elite neighborhood of São Paulo, Brazil.

Window openings were preserved and restored; part of the walls was removed to expand the interior space. Exposed walls showcase the raw texture of brick and concrete. The floors in the living room and bedroom are made of hardwood, while the kitchen and bathroom feature strict black-and-white tile. The kitchen and bathroom zones are also highlighted with white tiles.

Enhanced with artistic pieces and elegant lighting, this urban and industrial interior retains the distinctive atmosphere of a typical São Paulo residence and gains a modern character.
