Apartment with area of 47.5 sq. meters in Kyiv

Architect Oleg Kuyava presented the interior design project of an apartment with area of 47.5 square meters in Kyiv.

The bedroom is separated from the living room by a wardrobe with a built-in electric fireplace. Some sections of the wardrobe are made of glass, which makes the room visually lighter and brighter.

Decorative gypsum panels with an abstract geometric pattern were used for the walls of the bedroom and living room. The floor is covered with a pleasant and warm-to-the-touch material — microcement.

In the kitchen area and hallway, the architect used wooden panels, behind which are hidden a built-in refrigerator, pull-out drawers, water heater, water purification system, entrance to the bathroom, and a walk-in closet.

As a result, despite its small size, the apartment is comfortable and functional in a modern style.
