Apartment in Seville

The project developed by Francesc Rifé Studio creates a clear division of space into day and night zones. The latter includes two small bedrooms with a bathroom and the main bedroom with a walk-in closet and private bathroom. Both bathrooms use Calacatta marble and bleached pine as finishing materials.

The daytime zone starts with a small corridor, which is a volume of glass and marble that serves as a separating element between the external and internal space of the apartment.

Following the entrance comes the kitchen and spacious living room; the dining area located further on functions as a connecting link between the living room and the office, which in turn is a bridge to the most private, night part of the house.

From a material perspective, the main protagonist of the project is bleached large-format pine wood used in vertical panels and floor coverings, except for the entrance area, office, and bathrooms where Calacatta marble was used.
