Apartment in Kyiv by Special Project Venediktov Studio

Alexei and Antonina Venediktov, representing the architecture studio Special Project Venediktov, realized a modern interior of apartments in Kyiv. The project 'Green Apartment' was created for a young family of three people and is located on the 30th floor of one of the tallest buildings in Kyiv, offering breathtaking views of the city and the Dnieper River.

The complex color palette was chosen to create interaction between space, light, and shadow. It alters the perception of the interior, creating an illusion of increased volume and expanded area. Natural and artificial lighting also contributes to visual transformations. Minimalism and Scandinavian style were selected as the starting point in the design. Modern design objects, natural materials, and surfaces are present in the decor.

The apartment layout features an elongated space with a living room, placed in a separate glass volume kitchen, hallway, guest bathroom, and a corridor designed along the perpendicular axis leading to a private block with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, an office, a cinema, and a bar.
