Apartment in Kyiv by Sergey Makhno

Design studio of Sergey Makhno realized the interior of an apartment in Kyiv. The 130 square meter flat is located in the Skyline residential complex. Skyline is not just a place, but a quality of life. The complex embodies style and the highest service standards. The architect's task was to create an elegant interior for modern living. The project is based on contrasting transitions, where sensitive and emotional eclecticism dominates.

The sofa suite in this area solemnly complements the marble table made according to the sketches of the studio. Grey walls create a smooth color transition from dark kitchen cabinets to light mosaic apron. Thanks to modern Bang & Olufsen technology, classicism meets innovations. The apartment is filled with a contradictory yet harmonious eclecticism.

Color accents in the interior are emphasized. Blue elements travel from room to room. Blue cushions, textiles and a chair hide in the bedrooms. In the main room, combining living room and kitchen, a deep blue carpet and a painting by Sergey Makhno live. Walls imitate classical bouazeries. Weathered ash flooring is part of the designer's concept. The combination of modern minimalism and historically rich classicism became the basis for a black-and-white bathroom.
