Transformable Apartment in Italy26 photos

Architects from PLANAIR® studio unveiled the design of a transformable apartment in Milan, Italy. Located in the historic Brera district, where real estate prices are extremely high, it was crucial to maximize every square meter. The apartment is just 34 square meters in size, and its original layout was quite typical and ordinary: hallway, living room with kitchen, bathroom, and sleeping area. Architects created flexible space using movable partitions, offering various combinations of functional zones. The accent was placed on storage systems to prevent numerous household items from overloading the interior.
