Apartments with 122 Square Meter Area on Taiwan

The K-Residence project was presented by Z-axis design studio. Private apartments with a total area of 122 square meters are located in Taichung, Taiwan. Designers transformed this apartment in an old house into a simple and modern space by changing the layout and adding a study and storage area requested by the owner. The interior is decorated in dark tones using iron and wood textures, creating a sense of stability and seriousness.

The kitchen is located in the center, and its open-plan design makes this area more spacious and convenient. Designers have created a working desk with integrated storage functionality. Part of the wall in this space is made of transparent glass, which provides good lighting and increases family interaction. In line with various needs of residents, three bedrooms have been individually decorated.

Various dark wooden surfaces and concrete walls were used in the decoration. One of the features of the interior is a storage mechanism, where pulling the sliding door next to the entrance reveals an unexpected space that can hold a large number of items.
