How about this two-room apartment of just 37 sq. m? Of course, the bathroom is quite tiny, and there's almost no space for a wardrobe or even a large closet, but the layout is organized very conveniently. It's also great that there is a clear division between private and guest zones — for such compact layouts, this is usually an almost impossible task. This is excellent housing!
